Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use the General Culture Merch online store. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to them.

Orders

When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, mispriced or suspected of fraud. If we cancel after you've paid, we'll refund you in full.

Products and pricing

We work hard to describe and photograph items accurately, but colors and details can vary slightly by screen. Vintage items are pre-owned and sold as described and pictured. Prices may change without notice. We're not bound by obvious pricing errors.

Third-party makers

Many products are made and shipped by independent brands and suppliers. Their product warranties, if any, come from them.

Knives and tools

Knives and sharp tools must be purchased by adults (18+). Use all products as intended and follow any safety instructions included with them.

Live plants

Plants are living things. Their care and growth after delivery are the buyer's responsibility. Keep plants away from pets and children if the plant is not known to be safe for them.

Intellectual property

The Planta Papi name, designs and store content belong to General Culture Merch. Please don't copy them without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that item.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
